Taylor Buys Homes respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or request a cash offer, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you submit a form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, property details, selling timeline, and any other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect website attribution information such as UTM parameters, ad click IDs (such as TikTok's ttclid), landing page URL, referrer, device/browser information, and tracking cookies used for advertising measurement.

How We Use Information

Sharing Information

Cookies, Tracking and Your Choices

When you first visit, we ask what you allow. Nothing that tracks you loads until you say yes. Choices are saved in your browser, and you can change them any time with the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer.

• Essential (always on). Runs the site, the offer form, and the text-message verification code. It also saves your answers between steps of the form in your browser session. Address suggestions come from Google Places when you type in the address box, which sends what you type to Google.
• Analytics (off until you allow it). Anonymous click and scroll data, such as where on the page a tap landed and how far down the page you scrolled. We do not record your screen, what you type, or your name, phone number or email in this data, and we do not store your IP address with it.
• Advertising (off until you allow it). The TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API, which measure whether our TikTok ads lead to offer requests. These may set cookies, read the TikTok click ID in the link you came from, and send events (and, after you submit the form, hashed contact details) to TikTok. Under some state privacy laws this is considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Choosing “Reject non-essential” stops it.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of advertising “sharing,” choose “Reject non-essential” in the privacy choices panel, or turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. We treat that signal as a request to opt out.

If you decline, you can still request a cash offer. Your offer request does not depend on tracking.
